Be among the first to experience THE 100TH: Seeds of Aloha, a feature-length documentary honoring Hawaiʻi’s legendary 100th Infantry Battalion and 442nd Regimental Combat Team.

A FREE test screening of THE 100TH: Seeds of Aloha will take place on Friday, November 13, 2026, from 5:00 PM–8:30 PM at The Center (Japanese Community and Cultural Center of Northern California), 1840 Sutter Street, San Francisco, CA 94115.

As a test screening, attendees will have the opportunity to share their reactions and feedback with the filmmakers. Audience feedback is an important part of the filmmaking process and will help the production team continue refining the film ahead of its final release and film festival presentations.

The evening will begin with live music by Harold Payne, the film’s Music Director, performing original songs featured in and inspired by the film. Harold will perform a selection of audience favorites with acoustic guitar before the screening.

Following the musical program, guests will be welcomed to the FREE test screening of THE 100TH: Seeds of Aloha. After the film, producer/director Steve Sue will join the audience for an extended Q&A and conversation about the film, its stories, and the journey behind the production.

The film test screening is completely FREE. A $____ ($5 or $10) charge applies to the live music portion of the program, with proceeds supporting The Center and NJAHS. Drinks and light snacks will also be available for purchase, with proceeds supporting both nonprofits.

Registration and ticketing will be managed by the Hawaii Chamber of Commerce of Northern California (HCCNC).
